Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and the sustainability of our brand we like to limit waste. We currently do not accept returns and simply ask that you re-gift your product. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Ultimately we want you to fall in love with every single product but know at times we may fall short.
Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our absolute best to immediate remedy the situation. We may request photos, so please do not toss the product. Please contact skinfoodaubrey@gmail.com
Refunds
If a refund is approved we will submit the refund on our end. It may take 5-10 business days for this to be reflected on your bank statement. We do not have access to specific or private payment information.
