Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Ohio where we create, formulate, and manufacture all of our Skin Foodie products. We are very proud of the journey every ingredient makes from the soil, to us and the hands it passes before making its way to you.

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing depending on product availability.  Orders may ship quicker than expected but please keep in mind every product is made in small batches and is handmade.  Free shipping will always be guaranteed for orders over $150  

We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS Priority/First class depending on needs and locations.

 For missing packages, we are unable to assist after 15 days from when a package is marked as delivered or last scanned by the carrier. For missing packages that are eligible for replacement, we must wait until the carrier investigation is complete before the replacement is sent. We are unable to assist with refunds for missing packages.

Skin Foodie offers local pick up. Orders will be process within 24-48 hours. Cusomters will receive an email with pick up instructions once the order is complete.
